There are 3 accomplished faces behind Resourceful Living: Jess, the boss lady with all the great ideas. Geoff, our engineer/manufacturing expert, the one who makes all Jess’ ideas come to life and Sarah, Resourceful Living’s first employee, the jack of all trades. Meet the employees in five diverse questions.

Jess

  1. Ultimate Saturday night? Kids in bed first go, with a lovely cup of tea watching a comedy tv show or movie where I don’t fall asleep before the end.
  2. Biggest fear? Driving through a thunderstorm.
  3. What is one quote or saying you live by? Don’t wish for it work it.
  4. Your most hated house chore? Cooking – Give me cleaning any day.
  5. Where would you like to see Resourceful Living in 5 years? Reviewing how to add to our recycling efforts by including numbers 3 or 5.

Sarah          

  1. Ultimate Saturday night? A quiet Saturday night out for dinner with my friends and partner enjoying a Pina Colada, laughing until my stomach hurts.
  2. Biggest Fear? Snakes actually most reptiles!
  3. What is one quote or saying you live by? Everything happens for a reason, you may not know why at the time, but eventually you will understand.
  4. You most hated house chore? Hanging the washing out and change the bed sheets only because I suck at both.
  5. Where would you like to see Resourceful Living in 5 years? To be involved in the expansion of Resourceful Living where we are meeting with large business chain owners and managers across Australia discussing how we can not only include our products but also make their business more environmentally friendly.

Geoff

  1. Ultimate Saturday night?  Chinese food and movie
  2. Biggest Fear? Sharks
  3. What is one quote or saying you live by? I will find a way
  4. You most hated house chore? Putting away the washing
  5. Where would you like to see Resourceful Living in 5 years? Recycling >100t/annum, Pioneering the future on plastic recycling, and engineering new solutions to other waste products. I’d also like to see our compact home recycling system (currently in development), in households across Australia.
