We are able to work with High-density polyethylene (HDPE 2), Low-density polyethylene (LDPE 4), Polypropylene (PP 5) and most other variants of plastic and manage the end to end recycling and manufacturing process from our factory in Newcastle, Australia.

Our 100% recycled and recyclable plastic sheets, crafted in Newcastle, Australia, contribute to the circular economy crucial for our built environments survival. Our sheets and panels are made from 100% recycled Australian plastic, we clean it, melt it, shred it, and then create a range of panels and sheets which can range in colour from natural stone to every colour of the rainbow.
Our recycled sheets and recycled panels can be used for construction projects, erosion control, landfill liners, noise barriers, commercial and residential kitchen, bathroom renovations, retail displays and storage just to name a few applications. The standard size is 2400mm x 1200mm and thickness can be 3mm-40mm, however we can also create custom orders for your project.

Revolutionising Recycling: Reimagined Plastic Panels
Our panels are crafted from a variety of plastic waste sourced exclusively from Australia. Our panels are prefinished and composed of solid blocks of 100% recycled plastic, devoid of additives or fragile veneers.
To close the sustainability loop, once its lifespan ends, we collect our panels and reform it into new panels repeatedly, ensuring a continuous cycle of reuse and environmental responsibility.

Our ability to remanufacture 1 tonne of plastic per day ensures expedited product delivery. Our shelf holds our 6 most sought-after colours, readily available. However, if you prefer a custom mix, we manufacture sheets seven days a week, guaranteeing shorter lead times. Regardless of size or scale, we’re equipped to fulfill your requirements promptly.
