- Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the Goods must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 7 days.
- In the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, inserts, and protective materials.
- Non-Returnable Goods
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Personalised Goods: This includes items that have been engraved, monogrammed, or custom-made to your specifications.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Sale Items
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. Exceptions may apply if the item is faulty or if required by Australian consumer law.
