Our vision is to breathe new life into plastic, granting it not just a second or third, but even up to a tenth existence as an alternative to being discarded as waste. We envisage a realm where waste plastics could be transformed into substantial features for homes and offices, ranging from tables and chairs to cupboards, wardrobes, and kitchen benchtops, thereby repurposing large quantities of plastic effectively.

Confronting Climate and Plastic Pollution
Resourceful living is key to tackling Australia’s plastic problem. Despite importing millions of tonnes of plastic yearly, with most ending up in landfills, we’re fighting back.
By embracing reuse, recycling, and conscious consumption, we’re making a real difference in the fight against plastic pollution and climate change.
A single 20mm thick sheet uses 55kg of waste plastic. That is the equivalent to 1375 milk cartons!

At Resourceful Living, we are pioneering both products and technological platforms to convert plastic waste into exquisite, low-carbon, and endlessly recyclable materials, empowering the construction of future buildings that would honour our environment.
Our manufacturing facility situated in Kurri Kurri NSW producing 100% recycled, 100% recyclable plastic panels are revered by architects, designers, and brands nation wide, adorning retail displays, counters, furniture, signage, and shower panels.
These single size panels are 2400 x 1200 and range in thickness from 3mm through to 40mm depending on application. We also have the capability to weld sheets together to make larger items.
Whether executing small-volume runs or fulfilling bulk orders exceeding 1,000 units, we possess the technological prowess and production capacity to deliver at scale and with swiftness. We believe recycled materials can and should exude the same beauty as new ones.
Focused on repurposing single-use plastics, ranging from white goods to milk containers, Resourceful Living sources materials typically destined for landfills, ingeniously reinventing them into aesthetic, functional, and recyclable surfaces. What sets Resourceful Living panels apart is the tangible remnants of their previous lives.
Each panel tells a story, with a hint of silver suggesting a former life as a yoghurt lid or a barcode fragment recalling its days as product packaging or even a number relating to a healthcare product.

We meticulously sort pre- and post-consumer waste plastics by colour, polymer type, grade, and material characteristics, blending them selectively to create distinctive surface patterns, from natural stone imitations to vibrant, maximalist styles. Easy to manipulate, maintain, and care for, Resourceful Living sheets are engineered for versatility, capable of being cut, joined, and thermoformed to suit diverse applications. Resilient and durable, their patterned surfaces evolve over time, developing character and depth akin to timber or leather.
